The natural setting of the Vena del Gesso, both vast and intimate, welcomes a singer who has turned great themes into private emotions whispered into the ears and hearts of her audience. It’s the most secret and effective way to reach them and own them. Israeli singer Noa has travelled many secret roads in her life, from the time her family had to flee Yemen to her greatest success with Benigni’s film Life is Beautiful. Something similar happened with the voices of Rachele Andrioli’s “polyphonic laboratory”. Noa is an ambassador of peace who walks the streets of the world, be they secret and untravelled or highly visible: she carries a message of brotherhood with the credibility and intensity of someone who can really convince her audience.
